Spring finally decided to grace us with her presence.  She delayed her arrival and has settled into an oscillation of
indecision.  Her moody nature is exposing us to extreme shifts of summer warmth, showers and cooler
temperatures.  She is confusing her own children!  Even the tulips and daffodils are having a hard time negotiating
the transition.  Life can be like that sometimes...

I find my life mimicking the rhythm of mother nature.  This Spring is ushering me through many transitions
including the end of my Mother's life, the purchase and making of a new home, and the much overdue finalizing of
some lingering personal business.  During this busy and emotionally trying time I have been learning to dance with
stress as my "life dancing" partner.  Some days I danced an aggressive tango with anger or a tentative waltz with
fear, and other days the dances were joyful, light hearted jigs or tender, sensual interpretations of love.  What I
learned through practicing  mindfulness with all my dance partners, is that stress manifests in your body the same
way whether the tension is good or bad.  I found that the dances became more beautiful and expressive when I
surrendered to my partner, allowed them to lead and stayed in the dance knowing that there was a reason my
dance card was full!  Enjoy the dance...
